ANNOUNCEMENT – KNUTSEN OAS SHIPPING & ATLAS CHEMICAL TANKERS AS
Dear Friends & Business Relations,
It is a pleasure to announce that as of 22nd of December 2009, Knutsen OAS Shipping AS, Haugesund
and Atlas Chemical Tankers AS, Bergen, have entered into a Strategic Commercial Management Agreement
for the two sisters M/T Synnøve Knutsen and M/T Ellen Knutsen (17,000 dwts, Fully Stainless, Ice Class 1A).
Atlas will be handling the chartering and operations of said vessels on behalf of Knutsen OAS Shipping AS,
and have the exclusive rights to commercially operate the vessels on behalf of the Owners.
All further communication regarding the two above mentioned beauties shall be directed to Atlas.
