It is a pleasure to announce that Varkan Shipping Group, Istanbul, and
Atlas Chemical Tankers AS, Bergen, have entered into a Strategic
Commercial Management Agreement for the good newbuilding M/T
Varkan Akdeniz (11 300 dwts, Marineline, Ice Class 1A), which is
destined to be delivered during July 2010.

destined to be delivered during July 2010.
Atlas will be handling the chartering and operations of said vessels
on behalf of Varkan, and have the exclusive rights to commercially
operate the vessels on behalf of the Owners. All further communication
regarding the above mentioned beauty shall be directed to Atlas.
