ANNOUNCEMENT – KNUTSEN OAS SHIPPING & ATLAS CHEMICAL TANKERS

We are proud and pleased to announce that Knutsen OAS Shipping and Atlas Chemical Tankers have agreed to further strengthen and expand our long term Strategic Cooperation, whereas Atlas will take over the handling of the two ladies MT Helene Knutsen and MT Pascale Knutsen. Atlas will be handling the chartering and operations of said vessels on behalf of Knutsen and have the exclusive rights to commercially operate the vessels on behalf of Owners. All further communication regarding the below mentioned vessels shall be directed to Atlas.
With this crucial step, Knutsen & Atlas have done efforts to simplify the situation towards our valued Customers, by gathering all below of Knutsens Chemical/Product tankers under Atlas’ management.
