It is with great pleasure that we can announce a new, major addition to the
Atlas-family;

Mr. Glenn Ronesen will be taking position as Managing Director of Atlas Chemical
Tankers as from 1. May 2011.

For most of you, Mr. Ronesen is well-known. He comes with an extensive experience,
following more than 20 years with some of the biggest and most reputable Companies
within our field of business. His primary areas of focus has earlier been the South
American and the Transatlantic markets. Prior joining Atlas he held position
as Leader for Chartering & Operations at JO Tankers AS.

Glenn’s experience and his professional as well as personal skills will greatly benefit our
