VARKAN GROUP OF SHIPPING The group, Varkan Shipping, is a merger of two Turkish ship owner companies Kale Shipping and Vardal Shipping both having more than 25 years of history from the Turkish Shipping markets, operating in the Vegoil and Dry Bulk market. During the early years of the millenia, the Group decided to invest in Chemical Tankers, and built the two smaller units MT VARKAN MARMARA (3500 dwt) and MT VARKAN EGE (2500 dwt), followed evetually by the larger unit MT VARKAN AKDENIZ (11300 dwt).
