Atlas Chemical Tankers takes great aim at having a well functioning and involved Board of Directors. They form an integral and important part of the Strategical process with developing our Company, all delivering valuable perspectives and input.
The following people currently constitutes the Board;

Mr. Jan Nyboe Vablum Mr. Vablum has a Cand. Jur. degree from the University of Oslo, together with a degree in Economy from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He also has several special courses within the field of Maritime Law. Mr. Vablum started his career as a Shipbroker in the 1990s, whereas he soon decided to move into the world of Law, specialising withing the Maritime field working for Gjeldsvik, Wiig & Co and eventually Wogt & Wiig AS. With his specialised knowledge and experience from Contractual and Corporate Law, together with Maritime, Organisational and Financial Shipping Law, he brings great value to Atlas Chemical Tankers Board of Directors.

Mr. Kenneth Audestad Wara Mr. Wara is one of the two Founders of Atlas Chemical Tankers. He is heavily educated with a financial degree from Norwegian School of Economics & Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen, together with a degree in Management from Fudan University in Shanghai. He has formerly worked within the Utkilen Shipping system and as a Shipbroker. He brings an analytical, orderly and strategic edge to our Company, focusing on Financial aspects, Customer relations and quality improvements.

Mr. Carl Edward Jansen Mr. Jansen is one of the two Founders of Atlas Chemical Tankers. He has more than 15 years experience from the chemical shipping industry, and has formerly worked with Utkilen Shipping, Jo Tankers, Plowright and Hagland Shipbrokers. He brings a creative and responsible edge to our Company, focusing on trust and long term relations. Mr. Eirik Arne Syversen Mr. Syversen represent the minority Owners and Partners of Atlas Chemical Tankers AS, and is currently working as Chartering Manager in Atlas. |

Mr. Glenn Ronesen Mr. Ronesen is Managing Director of Atlas Chemical Tankers, and reports to the BOD. |
